Above and beyond

This is my 2nd purchase at Ciocca. This time I walked into Ciocca not entirely sure of what I want. Then i met Dylan who took me on a road test with the 2016 Honda Civic. He took his time to clearly explain to me the features of the vehicle which enabled me to appreciate the price I'm paying. He went ahead to get a good deal for me on full insurance coverage. Then the finance department made sure that the monthly payment isn't overwhelming by providing me with a better payment package. Buying a car in Ciocca doesn't only make you a customer, because they're not just about getting the money out of your pocket, they are concerned with providing you with the best customer experience. And that was the reason I will always come back

Great Service

Great staff. Had our car ready for a test drive when we arrived. Have been very helpful even after purchasing the car with paper work and slight issues that needed attention. Very customer oriented.

Very Pleased at Ciocca

We were very pleased. We went in without a plan. We were unorganized with our trade in and Ciocca made our experience pleasant and easy even though we did not make it easy for them. Our salesman Dylan was young, but treated us well and was very courteous. The used car sales manager, Andrew, introduced himself and was instrumental in giving us the best deal we could hope for. Troy the Finance person was very thorough and pleasant to deal with. They even washed the car and delivered to our house and took our trade in right from our house! Could not be anymore satisfied!! Terrible Service

Tied me up for two days over a bad battery, couldn't find a leak in my tire that I later found myself simply by putting air in my tire after driving it through wet grass, don't have my recalled airbag parts three weeks after Honda America said they were shipped. Good for oil changes and lubrication if you don't count door hinges .

Excellent customer service from the time you make your service appointment till you pick your vehicle up. Great communication with the service advisor and the technician, they both make you feel confident that the repairs were necessary and more importantly done correctly.

Excelleny work

I purchased a 2016 Hond civic. Buying process was very professional. My salesman Dylan was very product knowledgeable and highly energetic. He covered all details from start to finish.He is a valued employee for your company.I am difficult to deal with ,however he was patient and polite.i will recommend him in the future.James the manager also was quite excellent . His demeanor was of the higest standards.A pleasure to work with.They beat Toyota out .

Great customer service all around

The battery light came on in my Odyssey and I called to see if I could get it in to be checked that day & was told it would be no problem. On my way from work I noticed I was having other problems and was loosing various electrical items. Unfortunately I didn't make it to the dealership, my van died a couple of blocks from the dealership. I called Grahm from the dealership and told him what happened and I would have to call a tow truck to get there. He asked where I was and I told him, he said to hang tight he would be right there with a battery. Within 10 minutes, Grahm and a service tech showed up with a new battery and changed it for me. When the vehicle started, Grahm suggested I take it into the shop to be checked just to be safe which I agreed was a good idea. Once in the shop they determined that it was a bad alternator and not just the battery. Unfortunately, they didn't have an alternator in stock & I had to leave my vehicle there overnight so they could replace it the next day. Since it was closing time for the service department and the courtesy shuttle was done for the day, Grahm gave me a ride home from the dealership in his personal vehicle. As far as I'm concerned, Grahm had gone above and beyond in taking care of a customer, as do most of the people I deal with at the dealership which is why I continue to keep coming back!!!!

Unexpected Trade

We got a letter in the mail from Ciocca Honda indicating we were a candidate for the end of summer clearance trade in deals. We did not plan to trade in our 2013 Honda Odyssey for another several years. We loved our van and it served our family well. But the notes on the letter were calling out to us. I contacted our former sales person at Ciocca. He has since relocated to a Honda dealership in Myrtle Beach, SC. He did however refer us to Joe Barone that is still with Ciocca. I called Joe and he immediately went to work for us; finding us the right van, right color, right options, to make sure we got the best value for our family. After meeting with Joe on Saturday, 7/23, we aligned on numbers and trade all with very little hassle. We had our 3 year old daughter with us, and she just loved talking with her new friend Joe. Ciocca did not have the Smokey Topaz Metallic in the Elite trim we wanted on the lot, so Joe tracked one down for us and called me a few days later. We took ownership of our new family Odyssey the evening of 7/27. We settled all of the financials with the Finance Manager, Tony. After having some problems in the past with the Ciocca Service department, Tony was able to allay our fears with outlining the changes that have gone in at Ciocca at many different levels. I look forward to returning to Ciocca for service again when we need that next oil change. My 2013 Odyssey was our first Honda purchase and our first dealings with Ciocca. I am glad we returned for the 2016 and will be a Ciocca customer for many years to come (that 3 year old daughter liked the new HR-V!)

The Salesman Makes the Deal

I come from a Toyota family and I've had an old Toyota Camry for years since I turned sixteen. It was finally time to buy my own vehicle and I was set on finding an SUV that would get me through tough weather, offer interesting technology, and come from a reputable dealership. A reliable vehicle is all anybody wants and so I started my search at Toyota and later reviewed Honda, Subaru, and even Land Rover. I never even wanted to look at Honda CRVs at first because everyone in my family owns Toyota and I'm not as familiar with any Honda dealerships around. The first night I stepped foot on the Ciocca Honda lot Matt Buller was there with tons of useful information and hospitality. This very professional, down-to-earth salesperson was exactly what helped me choose the vehicle I really wanted. Mr. Buller explained the ins and outs of what the Honda CRV was and was the best salesman I've met out of any dealership I've ever been to! The service was truly exceptional in that he took time to help me learn how to use my new vehicle and wasn't pushy about making a deal in the time he wanted me to. The first night I was just browsing SUVs Matt stayed over an hour after closing to make sure all my questions were answered and that I knew he'd be honest about coming to a negotiation with managers on a reasonable price, etc. I had the option to go to another dealership nearby to buy a Honda CRV for the same price and deals, but because of my amazing shopping experience at Ciocca Honda, I couldn't help but give them my business. I think it's easy for people to go to another dealership nearby to save $200 because it seems practical, but take my word for it, you won't want to miss out on the experience the staff at Ciocca Honda will provide you. I wanted to write down my experience because most people only take the extra time to record 'bad' reviews. If you happen to be in the area and are looking for a new vehicle (even if it's not a Honda as your first choice in the beginning!), take a look into Ciocca Honda. I still love Toyota, but after my most recent positive experience, I'm not sure I'll want go anywhere else. Matt, thanks again for all of your help and continuous professionalism! It's awesome to meet honest, kind hearted salesmen in this big car buying game we all eventually have to play. Even when other salesmen were playing basketball as the dealership was closing, Matt stayed and talked with me about more car buying options. Additionally, after I bought my car I had to take it to the body shop to buff out one tiny little mark, and originally when I had called I reached the answering service right as I was trying to make an appointment. I told Matt and within five minutes the body shop called me to set up the appointment!

Wonderful Experience!

I had received a letter in the mail in regards to my 2013 CRV lease soon coming to an end, so I decided to make an appointment to see about potentially leasing a new vehicle instead of purchasing the one I had. When I arrived for my appointment I could tell that the dealership was busy and only waited a couple of minutes before someone approached us. In this case it was Dylan. I told him I set up an appointment with Tom in regards to the letter that I received, and after he checked with someone about this, presumably Tom, he came back over to us and began working with us. From start to finish Dylan did an excellent job taking us through the process of filling out initial paperwork, the test drive, showing us the difference between my previous CRV and the new one I am currently leasing, checking to see if we needed anything to drink and checking to see if we had any questions. We worked then with Troy on all of the financing paperwork, and he thoroughly explained all of the information from the Ciocca Promise, what is and is not covered, and all of the upgrade levels for additional protection. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We certainly had other people that we were not even working with directly checking to see if we wanted anything to drink and how the process has been. Overall it was a wonderful experience!
