My Jeep Wrangler needed diagnosis and repairs after a long trip from Washington State to Pennsylvania. Shively's Service Advisor, David, was outstanding. He kept me informed every step of the way and was professional, straight foward and honest. I will definetly be a repeat customer of Shively Motors of Chambersburg when I visit family and friends in the future.

Kevin and I had Brian as our salesman he was AMAZING!

Kevin and I had Brian as our salesman he was AMAZING!! He did not try to push us in getting anything right away. He worked with us and made lots of notes of the dream vehicle I wanted. He found my dream vehicle from another dealership and got it for me.I bought my first brand new car and I am in love with it. Thank you Brian for being so easy to work with and taking the time to find my Dodge Durango RT. I HIGHLY recommend Brian.

I was in the market for a vehicle after having my Jeep

I was in the market for a vehicle after having my Jeep Renegade totaled by a tractor trailer. I shopped around a few different places. I test drove a 2021 Jeep Gladiator Mojave that they had on the lot. I loved it but I really wanted some running boards to complete the look. A couple days later, Taffy contacted me and said they were willing to put the running boards on for me from another Gladiator they had on the lot. And a couple days later, I came back to sign the paperwork. This was the first dealership willing to make a sale, while also helping me get into my own vehicle, literally, with some side steps! :D Thank you to Taffy and Andy for helping me out after my accident.

David was awesome.

David was awesome. I came in off a 12 hour shift to get my truck serviced. He saw I was extremely tired and helped me get home quickly.
