David was awesome.

David was awesome. I came in off a 12 hour shift to get my truck serviced. He saw I was extremely tired and helped me get home quickly.

I was visiting area from Pittsburgh, my Ram dropped a sway bar. They fit me in in the morning and had a ton in one day, saving the trip. Very happy with how quickly they repaired my truck.

David was very pleasant & efficient in setting up my service onmyv2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid for an oil change & tire rotation. The waiting area was comfortable & the service was completed in a timely manner within the time David said it would take. Check out was a breeze. The reminder for service being due & the discount coupons Shively emailed to me for this routine service was an added plus for having Shively do the work. Friendly customer service atmosphere. Had our A/C go out just before a trip.

Had our A/C go out just before a trip. Called several places. No one could help us for weeks. Shively said come by in a couple of hours. Diagnosed the problem. Ordered the parts for next day. Installed and got working. Folks were extremely professional and helpful. Will keep using Shively for our maintenance needs!

Always wanted a jeep wrangler and went to the lot to check out what was there. Aubrie came out and ask if I had any questions or help. She is very friendly and great personality. Ended up with a jeep a few hours later
