Great service

I am so happy to have my car. It was not hard to get. I have been working with Jim Rienhour for awhile and he did not stop till I got my car.

Tire Allignment

Service was done in a timely manner. Ford employees very polite. I had to bring my kids along while I waited and they made our stay while waiting pleasant. thank you

Great Service and Service Advisor Darrian

I really like working with Darrian I just wish the technicians would pay better attention or have more knowledge. I had my 2016 Ford Explorer in for service, I asked to have my tires rotated BUT DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THE TIRE PRESSURE.. What happens the service tech puts air into my tires when like I explained from the start not to. The reason I did not want the tire pressure adjusted is my tires have NITROGEN IN THEM. They are DISTINCTFULLY OBVIOUS BECAUSE THEY HAVE A GREEN VALVE STEM CAP THAT SAYS NITROGEN.... What happens the tech puts air in my tires. It just upsets me that he was either not trained or more knowledgeable or just was not or just in a hurry to get it in and out.

They where fast and curtious now issue love them I recomend you check them out I sent my boy there and they work great with him too

Great Service Clean Facility

focus transmission vibration

the car has vibration in transmission , we were basically told that's how its made .

Great Service

The 2006 Ford Ranger I brought in for service was completed on time, even though, the dealership tried to contact me and I didn't respond to the voice message until late that evening. The following day, Tracey completed the service of 4 new tires, recall update and oil and filter change. I was assured by Tracey that the vehicle would be completed on time.
