We have been looking for months to decide what exactly we wanted. We were in the PA area and stopped in to New Holland Auto Group and spoke with Tyler. He was very informative and knowledgeable of the vehicles. We was not at all pushy. This was important to us. We also visited various Toyota dealers afterwards in our area and didn't find the overall experience to be as pleasurable as it was at New Holland. Many were not listening to exactly what we wanted and kept trying to sell us something we didn't want. Tyler went out of his way to locate the exact vehicle that we wanted. We are so excited to now be the owner of our new Limited Platinum Highlander!

Inexperienced salesman. Was not same salesman I had talked to over email. Finally got back in touch with email salesman and he passes the whole thing off on the other salesman. Poorly handled. Bought my car somewhere else.
