We purchased a 2022 Honda Accord on January 2 from Independence Honda in Bloomsburg for $24,000. Within days of bringing it home, the low tire pressure light came on, and the car began making a noise. At first, we assumed it was a tire issue. My husband checked and corrected all tire pressures, but the noise continued. We contacted the dealership and were given an appointment for January 12. At that visit, we were told that a rim was bent and that the dealership would not take responsibility because they claimed we “must have hit a pothole,” insisting it was definitely not like that when they sold it to us. We did not hit anything. The most upsetting part was not even the issue itself—it was the lack of customer service and the implication that we were being dishonest, just 10 days after purchase. After spending $24,000, I expected to be treated with respect and goodwill, not dismissed and blamed. We are now being told we are responsible for a new rim and two tires on a vehicle we’ve owned for less than two weeks. I left the dealership in tears. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying here: once the car leaves the lot, you may be completely on your own—even if a problem appears almost immediately.

I highly recommend staying away from this dealership.
I highly recommend staying away from this dealership. Honda makes a great car, but Independence Honda is made up of a bunch of immature, rude, condescending people. Gary Miller is the worst sales person I have ever encountered and the finance/warranty guy is right up there with him. They could both use a lesson in how to treat customers rather than being rude and condescending when you don't say yes to everything they present in front of you. I would have walked away from the deal, but my mom really wanted the car. They did not deserve her business and we will never purchase a car from them again. Save yourself the frustration and go to another Honda dealer!

Bad service
I purchase Honda Pilot 2020 from this place its been year now it has emission light on and other issues i went to them they wana keep the car and can not offer loan a car because they have only two. I have no other car to drive back home they gave a xxxx about customer problem. So disappointed with their service and i am not gonna buy another Vehicle from them if i ever able to buy another one.

Worst Dealership Ever!
Went by a car that was supposed to be on the lot. Called ahead to confirm. poke to the salesman Gary 3 times. Upon arrival, no car, and nothing else like it in stock. He then tried to sell me a completely different type of car which I was not interested in, and I started to leave. Salesman, trying to not lose his classic "bait & switch" sale, proceeded to make extremely racist jokes with me, which he clearly thought was funny. I'm guessing he thought I was a racist because I was white and had a shaved head. I am ex-military and have shaved my head for decades. I am absolutely NOT a racist. And I served my country for ALL my fellow Americans regardless of race, color, sex, religion, or anything else for that matter. This guy was a jerk, and a few other choice four letter words. When I asked for the General Manager, I only got the sales manager. Sales manager told me to relax and that it was just a joke. He added that it didn't matter anyway, since I was white. I feel it would inappropriate to print the kind of language I used in replying to him, save to say, he was not laughing when I left. The salesman Gary just ran away and hid in his cubicle. I will be contacting Honda of North America to report to them my experience. I you are reading this... please do not give this dealership your business.

Love This Place
These guys are great! Salesmen are very nice and easy to talk too also. Very knowledgeable about the product. The service department is awesome also. My wife and I both have Hondas and don't plan to change brand or dealerships. We enjoy a reliable car. Number 1 in our book!!
