Spent a ridiculous amount of time here, much longer than any other dealership. Messed up the paperwork and almost overcharged me by 600$. They then sold... me a car with an open recall and told me to take it somewhere else for it to be fixed. Go somewhere else.
Searched online for used truck they had one close to my price range worked with Stephen internet sales . He answered all my question s and negotiated a... good price . Went to take on test drive worked with Steve in sales who was also very helpful .Bought the truck process was in a very timely fashion. Emailed with couple questions several days later replied same day . experience was very pleasant
Went to our new dealer here in Hazleton to look at the new CR-V. What a mistake! Got a complete run around and ended up leaving. Went to Independence in... Bloomsburg and was treated much better and saved about $1,000 as well... PLUS got lifetime oil changes and inspections to boot. Big thank you to entire Independence team, we'll be back for sure.
Saw car online & JT helped me put a refundable deposit. B4 visiting I asked if any alert lights were on. He said no. When we test drove it had Air bag... light on. He said it had been on when they got it but they reset it & it didn’t go back on till now. Negotiated 2 take $750 off & we’d fixit. Had 30 day warranty which we used when check engine light went on 25 days after purchase
We ultimately did purchase a new Honda Civic from this dealer. We got a few prices from other dealers and, after some negotiation, reached a deal with... our assigned salesperson. It was then that the problems started. After the sale was agreed upon and the down payment was made, arrangements were made to pick up the car the following day. It was then that we got to meet the "financial officer". This fellow all but insisted that we purchase the "extended warranty". After repeatedly turning down this sales pitch he left with the statement, "...some people are just too stupid to understand a good deal". What this cretin will never understand is that the informed costumer is far more intelligent than he can fathom. If it hadn't been for my wife's insistence, we would have walked out and filed suite for the return of the downpayment. This dealership burdens the customer with a sales pitch that should not be endured.

Cheap people ! They will offer everything is good but in real they are cheating with you.
Was offered an insulting trade in amount and rejected it. Next day went to a different dealer and instead of a leftover 15 got a new 16 with additional... features and was offered twice the amount for my trade. Will never go back to this dealer.

Searched for a good deal and this dealership won't work numbers with you and leave out important information you need. Was advised they would call the... last owner to try to get a second key yet it was an auctioned vehicle which means they lied. Refused to make a second key since "it was lowered in price already". Didn't realize $400 under blue book was a good deal (yes they dropped prices but who plans to buy a vehicle if it's over blue book?). Didn't think they would be that horrible in customer service over a second key that should have been communicated too in the first place!
