Hailey provided me with excellent service and was very fair in her assessment of my vehicle. She did an excellent job communicating and following up with me. I would have sold my Sentra to auto nation if my friend?s daughter did not want it so much. Great interactions with Hailey!

Mungenast St. Louis AcuraReviews
Mungenast St. Louis Acura review
This was my first time buying an Acura. The entire experience purchasing my RDX from Mungenast was EXCELLENT. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, see Becca. You will not be disappointed. She was amazing. She made the car buying experience actually enjoyable. She was no pressure, and was able to answer any question that I had. Kyle, in finance, was also great to work with. Mungenast has done a fantastic job hiring a team of employees that really do care about their customers.
2024 Honda HR-V review
I had reservations initially, but am very pleased with my purchase. This vehicle has a few more additions than my previous HRV. I like the added features that are standard on this model.

I recently brought in my Lexus GX to Lexus of Cerritos for brake service, and working with Amanda was an absolute pleasure! From start to finish, she provided truly exceptional 5-star customer service. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure I got a fantastic deal on my brakes without compromising on quality or care. She was transparent, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. If you need your vehicle serviced, ask for Amanda?she is hands down the best Service Advisor here! I?ll definitely be returning to Lexus of Cerritos because of her.

NYE VolkswagenReviews
NYE Volkswagen review
Such a great VW experience! Rich was professional, and so knowledgeable- he answered every question I had about the vehicles I was looking at and made the process go smoothly and quickly. He also patiently explained the tech and features in the VWs and even my insurance app! Robert and Anthony made me feel comfortable with the financial side of things. I did not feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t love, they worked with various lenders to help me get the best deal, and I understood everything I signed. Most importantly, my VW Is flawless and the warranties and dealership perks are incredible. This is my first VW, and I look forward to being a Nye Volkswagen customer for life.

AutoNation Honda 104Reviews
AutoNation Honda 104 review
We were helped by Caiden. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone. We were completely underwhelmed with the 4 runner. It felt cheap. Neither my parter nor I had ever owned a Honda. Didn’t know a lot about them. When we drove the Passport, absolutely blown away. Solid build, quiet. Very comfortable interior. Rear air conditioning was high on our list of must haves. Nothing else we looked at came close to the Passports rear air power or controls. We’re about 2k miles in now. Averaging around 19-20mpg. It’s the only vehicle in this class we found without a turbo or a supercharger. We were thrilled about that. While those have their advantages, they also have serious repair costs and premium fuel requirements to keep running. We didn’t want that again. We are EXTREMELY happy with our purchase. We were treated VERY fairly at this dealership and we really enjoyed our salesperson. We had a good experience in finance as well. There was zero high pressure tactics here. Start to finish. I saved $6k by buying from them over a different dealer. If you’re in the market for a car, you are only doing yourself a disservice by not at least talking to Caiden at Autonation Honda. DRIVE the Passport!!!

2024 Honda HR-V review
Love how car handles. The HRV is wonderful on traveling bc I have arthritis and it was a pleasure to drive on long trips. It’s smooth riding and an attractive car. It is easier to get into than the CRV bc I am short (5’2) so I had to climb up into CRV but not HRV.

BMW of SalemReviews
BMW of Salem review
I have purchased several cars in my lifetime. My experience with BMW of Salem was fantastic. I was initially contacted via email by Ryan when I inquired about a used vehicle for sale. The follow up was appreciated and setting an appointment to test drive the vehicle. When we arrived to the dealership the car was parked out front and ready for us....no usual waiting for this or that. Ames took us out on the first test drive and was very pleasant. I worked with Ryan, Ames, TJ and Keith and they were exceptionally great communicators, kind, and professional. Which we appreciate. After our initial test drive with Ames we made a verbal offer then wanted to take a 2nd test drive. They made sure we had everything we needed to make our purchasing decision. They walked us through everything and even checked on us several times as we waited for Keith to free up to complete our purchase paperwork. Keith went above and beyond agreeing to go on the 2nd test drive with us since he was the most familiar with our used car Ford F150 purchase. After our purchase was completed Keith helped us pair our phones and went over the features of the truck we purchased even though this was not within the scope of his job description. He truly went above and beyond for us. TJ made sure our numbers were correct, explaining the difficulties and limitations of our purchase since we were WA residents and they could not register the car for us. Ryan made sure we were gassed up, cleaned up, keys ready as soon as our paperwork was completed. Their pricing was fair and they worked within our budget and constraints being from Washington. They set the bar for dealership etiquette, customer service and great overall service. Keep up the good work fellas!

Spitzer CJDR MansfieldReviews
Spitzer CJDR Mansfield review
After 4 months of looking for an suv, we found one. Although it was listed on Spitzer KIa, Mansfield the vehicle was acutally in North Canton, Ohio. We contacted Spitzer and they sent an employee to bring it to Mansfield. We made arrangements to test drive. Prior to this we had dealt with Anthony McQueen when looking a t a previous vehicle. He was the employee who we once again worked with and purchased from. We liked Anthonny as he so patient with me with questions asked. He was honest, not overbearing, and very thorough in showing us all the many functions of our Sportage. We like his attitude, friendliness and knowledge of things we asked about the suv. Anthony is a genuine person who cares about the buyer not just about making a sale. I hope he continues to grow with Spitzer. We will definitely ask for him in the future if looking for another vehicle.

I went with my daughter to drop off her car for an oil change and went to say hello to Franky Lena, our salesman for the the last 12 years. Look forward to my next car from Delray Honda with Franky!!

I would absolutely recommend this location to friends and family, and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them in the future. Thank you, Stan, for such a great experience!
2024 Honda HR-V review
I've had my HR-V for a week today & I absolutely love it. It's very smooth & comfortable. I love the vehicle. I see a lot of reviews about power. It's a family SUV & grocery getting, you're not driving a race car. It gets the job done while providing good fuel economy. It's super cute and I can't wait to continue driving this vehicle for many years to come!

Thanks to Carlos we were able to purchase a certified used Sonata and also received a fair trade in on our old car. This is only the 2nd time I've traded in a vehicle in my long life.

CarShop Chester SpringsReviews
CarShop Chester Springs review
Nick was a total lifesaver! I was passing through town for just one night when my car's hood wouldn't latch shut, and I had no idea how I'd make it home. I called about 15 minutes before closing, and Nick told me to come right over. I pulled in with just a few minutes to spare, and he was already there waiting for me. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in under two minutes flat. Without his quick help, I would've been stuck in town for days. So grateful!
