Always good service at STAR!

Quick, easy and no hassle. In and out for inspection, emissions, oil change and tire rotation. Bill is always great to deal with in service area.

Very pleasant shopping experience

My sales rep was Tyler. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. He helped me find a specific vehicle i was looking for that wasn’t easy to find. I will definitely be requesting to see him again when my lease is up.

We had a great experience at Star.

We had a great experience at Star. We inquired about a used GMC Terrain and Rachel was very quick to reach out and set up a time for a test drive. When we arrived, all of the staff was friendly and courteous. Our salesman was "Hawk" and he was very easy to work with - very patient and understanding. Sean in finance was also great and thorough. 5 stars all around!

My experience started out very poorly. The salesman worked to right the mistakes. In the end it was fine. Not sold on the dealership's customer policies though.

Wished to buy out my lease. Wanted to charge me $250.00 to $500.00 to evaluate the vehicle prior to buyout. GM headquarters indicated they had never heard of that before. SCAM

Very pleased with Salesperson and would highly recommend this dealership. Courteous and not pushy. The salesperson did not rush with our visit there and explained everything.
