Zero stars isn’t an option.
Zero stars isn’t an option. They order the incorrect part for a $90,000 truck (Brembo brake kit from GMC), and then somehow make it to be the customers fault that it has to get returned. It’s the customers fault they don’t know what parts go on the trucks they sell. Upon finally agreeing to return the parts, I drive them over an hour, and because the box that the other boxes came in wasn’t with me they refused to give me the check. I drove another hour, and got the box that the boxes came in, (which was missing a side from being in the rain but had all the barcodes). They still refused refund process initially because I gave them 3/4 of a box that the boxes came in for a Brembo brake set. A brake set that didn’t fit in the at4x rim that they said would. Upon finally handing me a check it was for an incorrect amount.

This dealership is out of their minds.
This dealership is out of their minds. They are still charging $5000 markups on new vehicles. They won't even take an order, and even if they did, they want a 10% deposit while I wait an unknown amount of time for the vehicle to be manufactured. I don't know what happened, before COVID they were reasonable, but they are way out of touch with the current market and, for those buyers who they trap into this pricing, I truly feel sorry.

Bought a beautiful new used car Toyota Highlander. Very good conditions. Everybody very attentive, especially Josh, he explain everything with details. Did not get annoyed by our questions. And we did ask a lot of them. Definitely will go back.

Nickel & Dime‼️
First time that I got nickel & dime on my service!! Charged for a razor blade, disposal gloves, disposal mats, disposal mats, adhesive solvent & etc……… Have been using Star for approximately 16 years & am on my 3rd Terrain. Referred 4 purchasing referrals. WOW…….what an insult when I got home and reviewed my service invoice. SMH
