I was purchasing a new truck here from 4 hours out of state. I didn’t care for the increased urgency to pickup the truck. With my bank hours and working the weekends and other obligations it was added stress I didn’t need. Especially since it was under deposit and had availability the next Wednesday to take possession. But instead I capitulated with the their demand. The delivery day was smooth and the staff was friendly and professional. I was in and out very quickly. Spent the remaining hours of the day traveling through Lancaster and then back home. If there are other 1500 series truck owners looking the 3.0l Duramax is the better powertrain in my opinion.

I take my 2011 Terrain here for all my service needs. I can always get an appointment scheduled when I want. I usually wait and they have me in and out in a timely manner. Entire staff is professional, courteous and friendly. Have never had a problem and I love that they wash my vehicle so my Terrain is clean when I leave.
