We didn't refuse the free charging and I don't care that you bought the vehicle from another dealer. You were told the charger is for customers doing service business for that day. We do not reserve slots for individuals that work at a neighboring business. Please ask your employer to install a charging station.
It was an extremely enjoyable experience purchasing a new Sienna from Krause Toyota. This is a dealership with a high level of professionalism and integrity. Mariely in sales was a pleasure to work with and explained all of the vehicles features very clearly, and Tara was expert at handling the paperwork.

Came in with a worrisome maintenance problem on a very old (but spacious and comfortable) Lexus after a journey of several hundred miles. The service people took a look right away and eased my mind. Kind, honest and not greedy when I was in a vulnerable situation. Highly recommend these decent people

I placed an order for the new Toyota Sequoia with Cliff over the phone. While I am 2 hours away from the dealership, Cliff was professional and respectful in taking my downpayment and keeping in touch with me while I waited for my turn to purchase the vehicle. When it came time for the purchase, Cliff was transparent with the out-the-door price, did not pressure me into unnecessary options, and on the day of the pick-up did not surprise me with additional options. The time I spent at the dealership for paperwork and car setup was significantly less than the average time one spends at a dealership. During the visit I had a chance to meet Mr. Krause Senior, the father of the current owner and made sure to thank him for the great purchase experience. Overall, I am super satisfied with Cliff and Krause Toyota and will be recommending it to my friends.
