Buying a car can actually be a pleasant experience. I've been dealing with JM Lexus for years and was well aware of their high level of customer service. When it was time to buy a new vehicle Dario Dziamelek helped me through the buying process with no pressure, no hassle and no problems. He is professional, courteous and very knowledgable and was able to answer all of my questions. Best of all, he was patient. It takes me a few days to make decisions about major purchases. While I'm sure he was anxious to make a sale he did not pester me or pressure me to decide. Finally, once we sealed the deal, the car was ready and waiting when he said it would be. Great buying experience!
