We purchased a new 2025 Lexus RX350h Hybrid. As a current owner of a Lexus RX350, buying a Lexus was comfortable for us, but the new model and being a Hybrid wasn't as familiar. We were fortunate to have all of our questions answered in a professional manner, explained and demonstrated clearly when we met Bruno Da Silva's outstanding team. Five years ago, my husband and I bought a Lexus RX 350 from this dealership and we love it. We still have it and it is in fantastic condition. Tim Spellman, when asked for assistance, provided expert knowledge of three Lexus Models that were of interest. Based on his expertise and in-depth understanding of the features and technology, we chose the Lexus TX. Tim handled our trade-in offer much more effectively than other dealers and then expedited the entire process, from the purchase agreement to delivery within two hours. Everything was covered and explained, including the Lexus app, financing, insurance, and all motor vehicle requirements to leave with a detailed vehicle. The service is always great my service advisor Sam kept me posted. The only thing I didn’t like is that for the amount of time they kept my car for service it wasn’t returned vacuumed, gassed, washed like they normally do. Plus, the driver door had black grease.
