For the last 15 years I’ve bought all my cars from JM Lexus, way before this new location was built. When lexus was with Toyota on Sample road and way before Lexus plus existed. I’ve always had great customer service. So once again, I wanted a newer vehicle and of course my only thought was JM. For some reason at first it didn’t seem the same. I felt left by the wayside, maybe because there wasn’t really much in stock to look at. But still in the weeks that followed, nothing…. Thankfully, knowing Fran was still there, and she has always been helpful kept me hopeful. So I brought my current car in for regular scheduled maintenance, and walked over to see what was available either certified or new. I was paired with Paul Mompremier and he immediately started looking online to see what all was there, asking me questions about my likes/dislikes. He was on a mission to get for me various options that I could look at and choose from. For a moment, I was beginning to wonder if my past loyalty to this dealership meant anything until I met him. He is a great person with a compassionate heart for people. He made everything so easy and comfortable. Nothing was too hard for him. In the end, I finally bought a car.

I had the opportunity to work with one of the most professional, polite, patient and knowledge individuals' Mr. Paul Mompremier Sales Manager from JM Lexus of Margate, Florida, the beginning of my search to purchase another new Lexus. I have been an owner of different Lexus vehicle models over the past three plus decades, but this is the most memorable professional deal ship experience I have ever encounter from start to finish. Paul introduced me to the varies different models in the RX series. and provided me with the actual cost upon delivery as advertised with no dealer fee. He also went over various vehicle service plan with know added pressure to purchase any of them. There were several options if one choice to get such coverage as he explained in great detail, as a way of being informative and making sure that I was well informed about these services being offered to a customer if they wish to get any of these coverages. I don't believe in added or what I consider unnecessary fees. The cost he provided was spot on and level of care he provided from start to finish truly was exceptional. An might I add after finishing up with the financial part, Mr. Mompremier did a thorough walk through with me regarding every feature of the vehicle and follow-up with a phone call to ensure that I got to my destination without any probable's or concerns as it was my first time driving the vehicle. From my vantage point and years of working with sale personnel I can honestly say this level of service Mr. Paul Mompremier provided was at a hold different level of customer service, I would call it "PREMIER CUSTOMER SERVICE" by the way I just love what I call one stop shopping in that Mr. Mompremier took care of all the financial paperwork ; therefore one didn't need to go back and forth to another person to have the paperwork finalized. It just make things much easier for all parts involved and it helps with expediting and stream ling the process and add another layer of expertise to Mr. Mompremier overall knowledge sales and finance. The first moment we walked in from the front desk to the person that set us up with Tim everything went really really smoothly. I changed things three times in 15 hours to pick up the car from trading a car to not trading it next the next morning, back to-trading again
