JM was able to give me a same day reschedule of my service appointment and accommodate my vehicle when I arrived 30min early. I appreciated the quick and friendly service and the comfortable waiting environment. I never felt like I was being up-sold by the service advisor and was a able to browse the sales side of the dealership without being surrounded by sales people. It was an overall comfortable experience, and I'll likely come back if I need another service appointment while in South Florida.

My sales manager, Melissa Hunter, did everything to make the process of buying amy car run smoothly. She was so amiable and very efficient in finding the car I wanted and keeping me up-to-date while it was in transit. The paperwork went smoothly and she was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The team leader was also very helpful in constructing the deal for the trade in and purchase of my new car.
