I been a customer since 1985 at Kendall Toyota and
I been a customer since 1985 at Kendall Toyota and purchased at least 5 cars and service more than 10 car made my toyota And the last 2 yrs been xxxx getting my car service and had to call Toyo Corp. Now my latest drama , i been waiting 3days for one michilin tire because of a road hazzard and now i am here today, they took my 21 Rav4 in to replace the tire and after 2 hrs now telling me thry out of stock and force me to put on a cheaper brand tire General with different tread on my car. And the service rep Sergio was nice at first but was very rude at the end , i understand he is working in pain because of a 4th of july accident but no need to be. this is my last straw , i am taking my business to another toyota dealership. Thanks Ray .

We bought a used Infiniti and the next day noticed smoke
We bought a used Infiniti and the next day noticed smoke coming from exhaust, took it back. They so-called fixed. Next, we discovered sludge in the engine, took it back. They apparently Never serviced this vehicle before selling it. I can only imagine the significant damage to the engine. Buyer Beware!!

Purchased a used car that ended up having an immediate
Purchased a used car that ended up having an immediate problem. No support from dealer and no response to multiple emails. Even emailed the General Manager with absolutely no response. They were happy to take my money but do not stand by what they sell or do the right thing when there is an issue. Buyers beware!!!
