Mike Martin and the entire staff were great to work with. Would definitely use them again. Happy with price and being shown multiple options for cars and leases

Very shady sales practice

3rd car purchased here and maybe my last. Salesman lied to me and bullied me into my warranty. He told me the BANK would not give me the loan without the warranty. Very untrue, fraudulent, deceitful practice. Also called me 2 days post pick up and told me they messed up the paperwork and may have to take back the car. After sending several documents there way I never even received a follow up call to put my mind at ease. There's more but....... The service department is excellent👍

Not happy

took my 2014 malibu in for service-told it would be covered by my special warantt I had purchased when i bought my malibu fro Simmons - I took it in in December 2019 ahnd as of today the part never came in to repair it. I made several calls to Simmons but they siad the part was on back order - I finally bought another car from a different dealer and traded my 2014 malibu in on it at a far lower trade in than i would have received if Simmons had repaired it!

Another EXCELLENT service visit thanks to Lisa!

I recently took my truck into Simmons-Rockwell in Big Flats for brake work. I just happened to be in Horseheads and remembered I wanted to get the truck brakes looked at so I called Lisa. I expected to get an appointment set up for a day or so later but Lisa told me to bring the truck right in and she'd get it looked at. Wow! That was awesome so I headed straight there and Lisa met me for the keys. Not long after it was determined that the truck needed new brakes. I also decided to get all the brakes done so it was now going to be awhile. Lisa offered to have somebody drive me home but I was able to get a ride so I didn't need to take her up on that generous offer. Next thing I know, Lisa has arranged to have my truck delivered to me rather than having to secure a ride back down to the dealership!!! I am blown away at the above and beyond service I get every single time I take one of our vehicles in to Simmons-Rockwell in Big Flats. Lisa is my "go to" person and this experience is a testament as to why I go to her. Thank you Lisa for all you do. You are an obvious asset to Simmons-Rockwell as well as to your customers! Great service from Stacy Ogden in the Subaru Shop.

Over the years of being self employed then working for electrical contractors I have had to work with many dealerships and private shops. Stacey Ogden is the best service adviser yet . We are on our second new Subaru Legacy . She is very knowledgeable and has a great personality . Even when she is backed up with service work she will find a way to help someone out in trouble. We recently got a nail in two different tires , She figured out a way to keep us on the road . I wish she was around 40 years ago . Thanks Tom Clark Retired Electrician

Friendly Dealership

I have now purchased three vehicles over the years from Simmons Rockwell. My most recent experience was very positive. They were very patient, got me the car I wanted, were honest, and did not pressure me. They helped me to feel at ease with their friendliness, but still always remained professional. I felt they treated me like a loyal customer...which I am!

Fantastic dealership

Buying a new car can be a stressful experience. The knowledgeable sales staff made buying my new car an enjoyable experience. Bill Cook was extremely helpful and accommodating. He went above and beyond to meet my needs, explain features of the car, and made sure I felt comfortable with the new technology before leaving the lot. I couldn’t be happier with the dealer or my choice of car!

Totally satisfied!

Nothing was left to chance when I went to get a new car. I got the car I wanted at a great price. Tyler Sampsell took care of everything from the time I stepped in the door. Not only did he arrange to order my new car, it came quickly. He spent all the time that I needed to help me learn all the intricacies of my new automotive so that I am most comfortable with it and get the most from it. I couldn’t be happier!
