service chevy tahoe to remedy starting concerns. These starting concerns were present in gm/ onstar monthly reports, for many months and most recently 5/28/2021 they still continue. In addition, tahoe still has hesitation and tach reads 450rpm at say stop light. I will say the asst manager was very professional and explained concerns very well. However, the tahoe is still hesitating and Gm/onstar reports proactive alert.

It was spitting snow and sleet when we stopped in the first time and was raining heavily when we came in to buy, and Derick came out and gave us exceptional customer service.

Jeff Smith is the absolute worse salesman I've ever had. Tried to buy a car from him couldn't find him. Called for him, never answered my calls. I've heard this from several people. I'd give him a one star an take my business elsewhere.
