Service AHEAD of Schedule
I dropped off my truck for an oil change and tire rotation, and needed it back by noon. Knowing that I needed my truck for noon, they scheduled the work to be done by 11am. Paul Reese called that morning confirming that the work will be done by 11am. It's awesome and refreshing that Fred Beans recognizes that their customers have schedules to meet too.

Great experience
Unlike many people, I love the haggling process of buying a new car. I was knowledgeable of what I should spend, and hope to spend. Surprisingly, your first number was very acceptable (with a little fine tuning). No haggling was necessary. Maybe that's why 3 of my last 4 cars came from Fred Beans Chevrolet. Also, Allan Schwartz did a real good job.

Purchased our 26th car from Fred Beans today
Today, I purchased our 26th vehicle from Fred Beans Chevy. My entire family is now driving a Chevy from Fred Beans. We have been purchasing cars since 1995. Our salesman for most of them has been Andrew Cohen. I trust him like a brother. He is the most ethical salesman I have ever bought a car from, and I have purchased 40 in my 50 years of life! The entire team of Mark, Tim, Charles, Paul and everyone else employed at the dealership are a pleasure to deal with, from buying a car to having it serviced. We have all of our maintenance done at the service department due to the high quality and fair pricing. I would recommend them anytime for all your car needs. We will be back again for our next purchase.

Pleasant Experience, From Start to Finish
From the start, GM Tim Mears and Sales Consultant Andrew Cohen were first-rate on providing information on the purchase of my new Chevrolet. Usually (and in my past experience) it is a tug-of-war in trying to obtain the best value for the money spent on a new car, but I did not have any negative experience at Fred Beans Chevrolet of Doylestown! In fact, I was able to obtain features that I wanted for my car which I know would have been much more expensive at a competitor's dealership. I was pleasantly surprised at my bottom line, and did not go away from the lot with the "omg what have I done" feeling, as I drove away. I highly recommend this dealership!

Dead battery days before Christmas!
In the midst of Christmas preparations on the Friday before Christmas, my car battery died. I was glad I purchased the GM protection plan - the car was towed to Fred Bean. I called the service department ahead of time to give them a heads-up. They were able to get my car back to me by Saturday at 4pm, despite the fact it was a Saturday. And the shuttle driver was kind enough to come get me, even though it was a Saturday and the roads were terribly log-jammed with traffic. Thank you Fred Bean.

Wonderful experience
We had a great experience. Our salesman, Vince, was helpful and communicated in a timely manner throughout the process of finding the exact model and color I wanted. Charles did a great job with the paperwork. They gave us a great price on the new car and a great price on our trade-in. I love my new Chevy Volt!

Redact Previous Review
I must say that I need to redact my review of Fred Beans Chevrolet of Doylestown. I did say that they were polite and patient with me and my questions however, after having taken the vehicle purchased within 18 hours from the night previous purchase to a mechanic, I found that there were at least $3000.00 in additional "required to drive" repairs were needed, i.e, water pump, starter, wheel bearing, front head light, et cetera needs replacing. Now, any accredited facility would have found these issues, whether major or minor and address them with the buyer or fixed the problem themselves. We paid too much for the vehicle in the first place and then have to add an additional $4000 in repairs. Upon e-mailing my salesman, no surprise, no response. After having paid for more than half of the repairs required, we were then dealt with additional repairs needed in order to drive the vehicle. Proper mechanics and honesty with consumers obviously is not a priority with this company.

Fred Beans Chevrolet has an impeccable reputation for customer satisfaction and continues to be recognized by Chevrolet with their Mark of Excellence Award. As you are aware the vehicle you purchased was being offered with a 30 day 50/50 power train warranty only due to the number of miles on the vehicle [in excess of 150000]. At the time of purchase you signed an acknowledgement form agreeing to these terms. None of the issues that you have brought to our attention are power train issues. As always we will stand behind the terms of our sales agreement. Fred Beans Chevrolet will continue to make every effort to exceed our customer's expectations.
