I wrote a review two weeks ago about my horrible buying experience with Fred Bean Chevrolet in Doylestown and then sent a certified mail to the owner of Fred Bean on 8-19-2013. The review WAS NOT show up in the website AND NO response from the certified mail. Consumers aware: dealership ONLY post positive review and block negative. Fred Bean sold me a brand new Explorer Clevey Van was damaged and missing Navigation and they force me to accept it with cheap repairs. I brought the van a month ago and this problem still not resolved and they have not refund my money.

Fred Beans Chevrolet has an impeccable reputation for customer satisfaction and continues to be recognized by Chevrolet with their Mark of Excellence Award. We are also a national leader in conversion van sales representing Explorer Van. Explorer Van receives the quality award from Chevrolet for their vans on a yearly basis. Doris Lam ordered and received a custom van built to her specifications as agreed upon. The van was ordered with a navigation system that Explorer forgot to install. This oversight on behalf of Explorer was rectified immediately with the unit being sent to her house. Fred Beans made arrangements to have an audio specialist located close to her home install the unit at no cost to Doris. The system was installed and is working correctly. Doris accepted delivery of her van and signed off on the trucker's bill of lading. Several days later she contacted the dealership that there was a scrape on the front bumper cover. Explorer confirmed that the van left their facility with no damage. The trucking company produced their bill of lading which had no notation of any damage to Doris's van. In the interest of completely satisfying Doris we decided to incur the cost of having Explorer produce a new painted bumper cover. We had the bumper cover shipped directly to her local Chevrolet dealership. We informed her that she could make an appointment to have it installed. The installation is a simple one and would take approximately thirty minutes. Of course there would be no out of pocket expense for Doris because the bill was being paid for by Fred Beans Chevrolet. Although we are located in Pennsylvania and Doris is located in Texas we addressed her concerns in the same manner as a local customer. Fred Beans Chevrolet will continue to make every effort to exceed our customer's expectations which is evident by how we handled Doris concerns. We have been dealing with Fred Beans for over 15 years now. I have found that their staff is so willing to help in anyway and they give you the best possible deal. This is the 3rd new vehicle we have bought from them and we bought 1 used vehicle and we will not go anywhere else. I very much recommend them especially Andrew Cohen.

We had a great experience with this dealership. Everyone was friendly and it was hassle free. Mark and Bruce were great to deal with. We would highly reccommend this dealership. Buying this truck went very smooth and easy. Dennis did a great job with the accessories on the truck. we got a great deal on this truck that we drove from Long Island to fred beans chevrolet to pick it up.

Couldn't Ask for Better Customer Service
Of all the years I have purchased cars, I have never had such an amazing experience as I did with Fred Beans Chevrolet. Tom Gillespe and Allen Schwartz were two of the best sales guys I could have asked for while going through this experience. I can honestly say that they surpassed any expectations I had during the experience of purchasing a new car and the customer service support they provided to my wife and I after purchasing the car. A lot of times, you get a great sales person and come to find that the customer support and service afterwords is mediocre at best. Not with Fred Beans...it's the complete package and I would recommend them without reservation. I think the fact that they are privately owned and run really gives a strong sense of customer loyalty, a family atmosphere and a company you can trust which in these days is hard to come by. Coming from a person who works in the service industry, I can say that Fred Beans Chevrolet has far exceeded my expectations and is second to none when it comes to their customer service. What a wonderful experience from start to finish !!! Our knowledgable and experienced sales representative: Andrew was competent, patient and informative throughout this hassle free process. Then we moved to Christophers office to complete the financing(he's the numbers guy), who went above and beyond to find us the very lowest possible rate. I swear that guy just didn't give up, and we laughed and joked with him the entire time(we wanted to stay longer just to hang out with him), such a lighthearted and carefree gentleman who you can tell loves his job, and was a pleasure being around(your lucky to have him)!!! Then we meet the owners daughter, and laugh and joke with her. Everyone was so personable, we felt right at home. Lastly, the president:Mark Donahue, strolls right up to us and makes us feel like V.I.Ps, and spends more time making us know for certain that we bought this car from the right dealership. We ended up taking pictures, since this was my daughters first car that she purchased, and they made her feel so special, and for a young lady that is a big deal. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable and just plain nice
I purchased a used car from this dealership and from the moment I walked in the door I was treated with respect and kindness. Women often feel intimidated at a dealership and that was not the case here. Every consideration was made for my comfort, understanding of the vehicle, it's history and well thought out and communicated delivery and communication throughout the entire process. I have to say I was more than impressed. It was a smooth and efficient process with little wasted time and energy. I would highly recommend this dealership and will be happy to return for service and for my next new or used vehicle.
