I received impeccable and straight-forward service from Hassan Elghawy, Rich Isadore, and my 'go-the-extra-mile' sales consultant Ed Mongeluzzo. There was no gamesmanship and half-truths, just people who wanted to get me into the new car that I most wanted to buy. Ed Mongelluzzo worked so hard to get the color vehicle I wanted from out of state down to PA. Ed is a fantastic human and car guy. Wonderful experience all around! I haven't been able to say that about past experiences with other non-Chevy dealerships. I hope to keep buying future cars @ Armen.

They are slow, and they lie about what is going on with your car and how long the service will take. They told me the car was going on a test drive, and they never kept me informed of any problems. I bought my 4 cars from this chevy dealer, Nd I will never return to this Armen Repair shop and will never by another chevy car. Two weejs ago, I waited 7 and a half hours for my car to be repaired because they had a team meeting will all staff while they were working on my car. They never told me any of this, and I had to find out for myself. A total joke is what Armen has turned into.

It was great- got my LOF and Service Tech told me about my recommended maintenance suggestions and I agreed. I plan to buy the car when lease ends and want it to last for many years.

Recently took my 2023 Chevrolet Bolt EV in for State Inspection. I think that all that they had to do was to pull the wheels and check the brakes - no emissions tests on EV's. Armen did the job in a little over an hour, so I was able to drive to work that afternoon - we only have one car.
