Buying New Car

My husband and I bought our first new car from Pacifico Marple, and could not have asked for a better experience. Our Sales Consultant, Nick DeLuca, was absolutely wonderful! He met us at the door when we first walked in, showed us what the different options were, and really listened to exactly what we were looking for in our car. He didn't try to oversell us packages that we didn't want or need. He just made sure that at the end of the day, we had our dream car. From searching to buying to trading, the entire process was very smooth. Nick was very easy to reach. I called and emailed him with all of my numerous questions, and he responded quickly to everything. I would highly recommend going to Pacifico Marple for your next car!

Rude and Unprofessional

This was most definitely the worst dealer I've ever visited when it comes to service. I know shopping for a used car takes a lot of research, and that's exactly what I did on the car I was inquiring about. I went in with my set list of questions, observations, and comments on the vehicle, and my salesman was rude, pushy, and treated me with disrespect. None of my questions were given a straight forward answer, they refused and ignored my comments on this particular vehicles lack of care (It was dirty inside, they never cleaned it after the trade in). The salesman even pulled the lovely attitude like "we're going to sell this car no matter what, so your comments are insignificant". I left the dealership that day thinking "did that actually just happen?" and feeling like a idiot. I would not recommend this dealer, and I wouldn't go back even if it were for a good deal.

Great new car buying experience.

Bob Gallop at Pacifico Marple Ford made our new car buying experience very enjoyable. We got a great deal on a 2014 Ford Focus. Bob went over all the functions of the car from seat adjustment to preset radio stations. He made sure my Mom was comfortable driving her new Ford. Now that's Service!

Lease of a 2015 Ford Explorer

Bob Gallop at Marple Ford in Broomall goes above and beyond what is required of him. He makes the entire process seamless and his customer service is the best! I will continue to go to him for all of my car leasing needs. He is one in a million!!

Always a painless experience.

Bought our Focus there and have had it back twice since. Once for oil change and once for inspection, oil change, etc....these guys are courteous and timely.

Services

I had a routine oil change, tire check, and brakes checked. Nobody ever takes the time to actually review what was done or make me feel that the car is in good condition. When my name is called, you're told "you are all set", and get sent to the cashier. Why not re-assure your customers that everything checked out okay and review the work completed? I guess this is assumed since if something was wrong, you would alert your customers. It would go a long way, in my opinion, if you had all of your customers leave being reassured about what was just serviced to their vehicles. Maybe this occurs with the Lincoln customers but not in my experience as a Ford customer.

Poor Customer Service, Shop Elsewhere

I have been purchasing vehicles for nearly three quarters of my life. Probably more vehicles than entire families together as a whole have been purchased from dealerships like this one by myself alone. Normally, the buying process has always been great. NOT WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. First, and foremost they are not very knowledgeable when it comes to standard practices. Then, when they are called out on them, they start back tracking for damage control purposes because they realize they were insulting to me, the customer. The leadership at this dealership has a lot left to be desired and basically pushed me away from purchasing their vehicle. I wished to purchase from this dealership because they had the single vehicle I wanted more than others I was looking at from other dealerships. However, all I received from this dealership was a HUGE runaround, and more excuses for not wishing to sell me the car personally than you can imagine. With leadership like this, it is a wonder they sell any vehicles at all.
