Great service on 2014 Explorer

I bought my last used Explorer from Val at Pacifico & she was great. This time I bought my 2014 at Springfield Ford but brought it back to Pacifico for service because they fit me in right away, they take me up the road to work in Newtown Square and pick me up when the work is done. The renovated reception area is very nice will I waited for the shuttle, with coffee & danish. The repairs were done quickly, completely & for a reasonable price. I couldn't ask for a better experience, with Mike & Bob at the service desk, their drivers Tom, Joe & John.

good bye old car

took my 12 year old car to check on some noises it was making and decided the repairs were more than we wanted to put into it, so I bought a new one. This is my fourth car from this dealership. They have a wonderful service department

Fantastic Dealership

I went into Ford looking for a new car, since my lease was coming to an end. They were very helpful and were happy to show me their inventory. I came away with a new car and could not be more happy.

Great service

As a junior in college driving the same car since my junior year of high school there came a time when the car was getting old and three weeks ago my transmission went so repairing that would cost more than I bought the car for originally so I believed it was time for a new car. Leasing from Pacifico Marple was quick and easy and I found the car of the best fit for me.

Awesome Dealer

Our buying experience was such an absolute pleasure, Bob Galop was the consummate professional; even though there are closer Lincoln dealerships to go to for service we had to give their service department a try. The professionalism carried over to their service. Great car, great service!

Efficient Service, Nice Atmosphere for Customers

Estimated time for oil change service and reset of seat belt reminder alarm was spot on. Comfortable customer waiting area and very friendly folks.
