Pacifico Marple Ford Lincoln

Been taking my cars up to Pacifico Marple Ford since my son bought his vehicle there. Which by the way, this was the only dealer that met my price. My car was inspected and oil and filter change. Reggie checked me in, offered me a loaner and kept in touch with me thru the end of the job. When I picked my car up it looked like it did when I first bought it. They cleaned it inside and out. I keep thinking there must be a catch. They actually treat people like they want to be treated. Maybe that's why I keep coming back.

My Lincoln Navigator went in for service and a part had to be ordered. I was immediately given a loaner Lincoln MKC. My vehicle was ready the next day and given back to me washed and vacuumed. I really appreciate this kind of service!

I blew out a tire by hitting a pot hole. Pacifico Ford/Lincoln was one of the (few) places that had the tire in stock. The price of the tire was also substantially less than that quoted by a tire chain store. Plus the car was washed and vacuumed!

As always, the service is as scheduled, on budget, performed and completed as requested. This is why I have used Pacifico- Marple for years. Very Professional. How do you beat service and staff like that?

This is our 3rd car from the dealer. They are straight forward. Easy to deal with. Service and follow through has always been excellent.

Reggie in Lincoln service got my car in first (8:00 A.M.) and I was able to wait for my repairs to be completed. My car was clean inside and out. I am very happy with the price and the warranty on the pads. I have never had a bad experience with this dealer. I will continue to have my car serviced here until it is time to buy a new one at Pacifico Marple Ford/Lincoln.
