First service experience

My first service visit with a new Subarau Impreza was terrific. Sparkling facility with comfy lounger and beverage service, Eric Wilson, the service advisor, greeted me immediately and explained the process with great detail. Prompt completion of the work and notification via phone and text. 5 Stars!

Angry, greedy, unkind

I purchased my Certified Forester here. Dana was rude, unkind. He went above Mark Glanzmann, owner. I like Mark. I like and support Glanzmann otherwise.

Excellent experience for me

When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Eric Wilson. He explained how the process works for repair. He was knowledgeable about my problem with my Forester. He even called to the service person to find out an estimate when my car would be worked on! He showed us to a very pleasant waiting room that was stocked with many drinks and snacks for my wait. He kept me apprised of my car status. My problem was resolved. I was very impressed with my experience at a dealership!

Excellent Care

The service advisors are Great and Service Manager Dan is Fantastic Also have to mention Stephanie as Wonderful and Caring Love Andrew as my Sales guy!!!

First Dealership Experience

This was my first time shopping for a car from a dealership, and my expectations were exceeded. I went in looking for a car that I saw online, which sold prior to my arrival. Corey was able to find my wish list in a different car right off the bat. I got more than I expected from my 12 year old trade, and felt I left with a fair deal. I love the no haggle approach.

Valued Customer

Alex was very diligent in making me feel like a valued customer. That was extremely important to me because I was spending my saving on a used vehicle. Alex worked with his Sales Manager Dana from beginning to end to ensure my exact needs were met ( excellent quality car, low mileage, and at an affordable price). Best car buying experience I’ve ever had

Everybody at the dealrsshihip was great. Alex made it his job to make sure I got the exact car at the best price possible. Pretty sure I won’t need another car anytime soon (live the longevity of Subaru vehicles) , but when I do I’ll be back!

New lease

Just took delivery of a new 2018 Impreza Hatchback (42 mos., $0 down lease offered by Subaru). This is my fourth Subaru, my third through Glanzmann, so I know this process quite well and usually know exactly what I want. Once again, it was a terrific experience every step of the way, starting with my sales consultant, Vince Hendri. Polite, low key, attentive, zero pressure, exceptionally thorough - very professional in every way. He worked with me to help me meet my needs with regards to lease terms and monthly payment, explained every aspect of my deal and every cost involved, negotiated fairly and honestly. Like my past two purchases, it was pleasant and uneventful - no drama or tension or stress. I've had nothing but positive experiences at Glanzmann which is why I always take my cars there for service, even for inspections. You can tell this is a well run company - friendly, helpful employees in every department and concerned, smart owners. I expect there will be a fifth Subaru in my future.

Purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned

I purchased a certified pre-owned subaru. All of the staff was very friendly, explained everything in detail to me, and answered all my questions. It really made the car buying experience easier. I felt like the sales team was very honest and straightforward during the whole process.
