1999 Mercury Tracer

I have an old (1999 Tracer) and have had several minor issues in past months. My latest problem was that my brake lights would not go off. Each time I spoke to Joe Kerwick he had me bring my Tracer in and the problem was handled quickly. I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from Joe and Kennedy Ford.

Great Buying Exprience

2013 Explorer SPORT A/C Repair

My repair took a little longer than expected and Benjamin was kind enough to provide us with a rental car at no charge!!

Pleasant experience

The employees are very pleasant I was not at all intimidated by anyone . Nice atmosphere to wait in. Overall very good experience and they washed my car which was a very pleasant surprise..

GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT FACILITY

2014 FORD ESCAPE SERVICED. CAROL WAS MORE THAN THOUGHTFUL !!! SHE SCHEDULED MY INSPECTION APPOINTMENT ON 6/24/15. DUE TO MY MEDICAL HANDICAP, SHE ADVISED ME OF LESS WAIT TIME IF I ARRIVED AROUND 10AM. ALSO,SHE REASSURED ME THAT THE CARGO COVER THAT WAS PROMISED TO BE INSTALLED WHEN ESCAPE WAS PURCHASED BY GM WULD BE HONORED. I AM HONORED AND GREATLY APPRECIATE EXCELLENT SERVICE !!! :-)

Service met expectations. It included annual inspection and oil change. I recommend including vacuuming as a courtesy service.
