Don?t waste your time with these unprofessional excuse makers! Truthfully I am very dissatisfied with Reedman-Toll Chrysler of Langhorne. I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance just an oil change and break fluid flush. I happened to be busy the day of the appointment and asked if I could drop off the vehicle instead of waiting which I was told yes without hesitation, the only question was when did I need the vehicle back which I replied by the end of the day (Thursday). I got a call back from Reedman 15 minutes PRIOR TO CLOSING stating my vehicle was not ready and the service would be completed the next day due to an equipment malfunction that I was never notified of. I explained to my service advisor TINA that I would be unable to pick up my vehicle on Friday as I was unavailable she replied yes that was possible and told me my vehicle needed an alignment and they could do it and still have my vehicle available and ready at the agreed upon pickup time of Saturday morning at 8AM. I arrive to pickup my vehicle at 10:30 on SATURDAY morning to only find out MY VEHICLES REPAIRS WERE NOT YET COMPLETED. Tina was not present at that time and was told by another advisor that there must have been ANOTHER miscommunication and my vehicle would be ready in another 2 hours. Later Saturday afternoon I received a call to notify that my vehicle was ready for pickup at the very end of the business day leaving me with only 20 minutes to retrieve the vehicle prior to closing. Since I would not have made it within that small and inexcusable time window the pick up of my vehicle was once again delayed to Monday l, 5 DAYS LATER for an oil change, alignment, and brake fluid service. MORE than one day for each repair. This dealership lacks communication, transparency, and honesty. For those reasons I WILL NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND Reedman-Toll Auto Group for any service or sales. And the sad part is I was considering them for future business as I am in need of an additional vehicle. I?ll gladly purchase and service with a different dealer group!
