Kinda disappointed that an oil change and tire rotation

Kinda disappointed that an oil change and tire rotation takes an hour and a half. Wi-Fi is good while you wait and I'm glad they got coffee and other drinks available ( vending machine) .

The customer service representative was excellent.

The customer service representative was excellent. She was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. She took the time to explain what the inspection entailed and extended the service by suggesting that I call with any further questions. An overall pleasant experience!

All I needed was a 2nd key fob for my new Grand Cherokee

All I needed was a 2nd key fob for my new Grand Cherokee which I would assume would be a relatively easy task. Took 2 weeks just to get the new Key and 3 hours at the dealership to program it. I?d be very concerned what I would have to deal with for a bigger issue. Staff were also extremely unhelpful even with basic questions for example like when your told they are picking up the key that day from another dealership and you want to confirm it will be there then by the next morning so you can book your appointment to have it programmed and they say there is no way to tell?.

The Service Department beginning with the Service manager John Davis on down to the Service writers and the technicians provide a positive experience every time. The employees under John are always happy and pleasant working in an environment he created and it's obvious they enjoy working for him.

My service representative was very nice and considerate.

My service representative was very nice and considerate. She is rated as a 10+ across the board. The service area was very clean. My truck was done before my appointment time, which was great since I just finished work at 5:00 am. I will recommend the dealership and service department to all my family and friends.

I brought my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation

I brought my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation shortly after 8AM. I asked the service advisor if it could be ready by between 12:00 and 12:30 to which she replied yes. She then asked if I had an appointment, which I?ve never had to do for an oil change. I came back to the dealership after 1PM and it was still not ready, I had to wait another 45 minutes until it was finished. I also had to request my window sticker as it was not in the car. The service experience was disappointing, I normally get better service than this.
