Great staff, help every step of the way. Did not miss a beat. Keep me informed of every thing as we went along and was waiting. From start to end Samantha was great, to Paul to Dan then back to Paul it was all a smooth process.

Went in for service, they had my truck for ten days and I

Took way too long for an oil change and tire rotation.
Took way too long for an oil change and tire rotation. Last time I was greeted by a supervisor and he said that they take the oil changes in first to get them out of the way I guess he is no longer there. There was no manager or supervisor to greet you . I waited in my car for 20 min before going in didn?t know you had to do that.
