Great experience
Jason Brown was Awesome!!! He made Purchasing my new RAV4 the best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. The friendliness of the entire team is phenomenal, from being greet as soon as you walk in the door, being offered a beverage while going over options, and the best part was there was no pressure to buy! Jason B. was great, very informative about the car, was extremely patient while my husband and I talked over our options in private. From walking in the door and walking out with our brand new key in hand we were on location no more than 3-4 hours which flew by because of the friendliness of everyone there! I honestly could not have asked for a more easy going experience and sales person! I highly recommend Faulkner Toyota to everyone!!!!

Best car buying experience ever!
Purchasing my new RAV4 was the best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Best/easiest Car buying experience ever!
After coming into this location and meeting with Jason I was nervous about looking into getting a new car, which is a big change to our family. Jason was very personable and helped me relax and understand everything about the car and payments without making me feel pressured to make a decision right away. He answered all of my questions and was super helpful throughout the entire process. The entire team at Faulkner were extra friendly and happy to have you in their dealership. My husband has already decided that when he is ready for his new car we will most definitely be returning to Faulkner Toyota and look forward to working with Jason again! Great Car Dealership
The salesman was very helpful, answered all my questions, and didn't put any pressure on me to make a decision. After taking possession of the car, he called to see if everything was OK, which I appreciate.

No accountability!
My recent experience with them was not pleasant and no one seems to care about it. They keep sending you followup emails after service mentioning that please let us know if you are not satisfied, well, I was not and I let you know! now what? Nothing. This is what happened..I went to the dealership to get new tires, I show Joann the quote I had printed from other dealership and she told me that they are cheaper than that ($242.73) per tire price and she underlined that on paper, she gave me estimate to sign before service which had total amount with all charges. When I received actual bill I saw that she charged me more per tire ($250). When I confronted her about this she told me that all she can do is give me $10 credit! She lied to me that they have cheaper prices and made me sign total amount which didn't have breakdown cost, and she told me that there are other charges like wheel balancing and all that. At the time of payment when I found out that she lied, she accused me that I signed the paper and this is the charge that I will have to pay. This is not trust worthy service! I expect better from Toyota. I already had lower quote from other dealership and Firestone, so why would I go with Faulkner Toyota? Only because I was told that they are cheaper and they hide actual breakdown cost until last minute!
