Excellent service

How friendly Joanne was and very helpful as I walk with a cane great lady she's the first person to greet u she's the best. Also A lan came over while I was waiting to make sure everything was ok

Great Service

This is my second vehicle from Faulkner and both times there was a smooth process. I truly appreciate the assistance Paul provided to my husband & I from the time we entered the building and until I drove off the lot. The detail he provided about the various vehicles help us to narrow down what we really wanted. Also the building remodel looks good.

Mike Villari was incredibly helpful and responsive to my requests/needs. I mentioned I did not have a lot of time and had already shopped pricing around and he had all the information needed w/ no games.

Good service, comfortable waiting areas

My salesman, Mike Villari was very helpful and professional and gave me a good price for my new Prius 4 touring. He helped me after the sale by giving me instructions on the complicated high tech electronics.

Excellent!

Excellent dealership! Very professional! I purchased a great vehicle at a great price (2008 Hyundai elantra). The value they gave me for my trade-in was well above what I expected. I wish I had conducted business with this dealership sooner.

Great Service

Because my car is getting older, there were numerous items that needed to be fixed/replaced - belts, filters, AC/Heating service, etc. - I have always felt I could count on my Service Manager to give me an honest accounting of what service is needed and I appreciate that.
