Awesome service!

From the moment I walked in I didn't feel pressured. Everyone I met was very nice. Being a women on my own at the dealership, I can sometimes feel intimidated, but I did not. My salesmen Stuart Saull was wonderful. I would highly recommend him if you are in the market for a used car.

Lease a 2016 Toyota 4-Runner

Would highly rate this dealer and the service I received. Our Sales Person (Phil Gersh). Phil treated my wife (Stefanie) and I very nicely. Even gave us lunch and let us test drive a number of trucks. He went over the positives / negatives related to each trunk. This was the fifth truck I leased from Faulkner and Phil leased me the last two. Plus, the GM Jim Casey also stopped by - he had leased me a few cars too - just to say high help ensure we got the best lease we could @ a manageable price. I look forward to my next lease with Faulkner Toyota and I would recommend this dealer to my friends!!

Fantastic Service, Kind People

The people I worked with were very personable and understanding, particularly Michael. He was extremely helpful every step of the way and very accommodating. He knew the answers to all of my questions and was able to help me choose my new car. I am very happy with his level of service.

Great customer service & an easy buying experience

They took me right in when I arrived without an appointment. They understood my frustration at having a dead battery on a 10 month old car & vowed to resolve the matter.

Over great experience!

I bought a vehicle and did all the negotiating over the Internet. Mike was very personable and made the process so seem less and easy. All I had to do was show up to the dealership and finalize paper and pick my brand new car up. Great place to buy a vehicle & service is amazing!

The few times I've been there the staff members are courteous and friendly. I haven't had to wait and my vehicle is always finished when promised...usually earlier! I love that I don't have to pay for regular maintenance! Thank you!

My salesman David Rice got me through the process:)

From the minute I stepped into Faulkner Toyota I saw David Rice waiting at the front desk with a beautiful smile asking if he could help me. David helped through the entire process. The financing team were trying to help me as I hadn't had credit in years. I got a little frustrated and afraid that I wouldn't be able to go home with the awesome car I wanted so badly but David was there with a smile and a hug telling it would work out. He was right and all of the hard work that both David and the financing team put forth did end with me leaving with the car of my dreams. I would recommend David Rice and Faulkner Toyota to anyone looking for a new car.
