Great Service
I bought my first car today with the help of Bruce Glantz and Bill Blythe. Bruce was extremely patient with all of my questions and answered them thoroughly. Faulkner Experience
Been working with them since the car was purchased about 8 months ago. They are professional and polite; very important competent. My car had an odd problem with the navigation when it was delivered new. Shannon was particularly diligent. Very much appreciated.

Warranty check up and inspection
I had my last warranty check up and inspection for my car. I needed brakes and balance of my tires. Everything went well and I was out within an hour or so after they started the work

My Buick Repair
I had the Faulkner Collision Center repair the accident damage to my Buick Lacrosse. The repair work was excellent and the help that Lauren Pettine gave me throughout the process was excellent. She is a tribute to the Faulkner staff.
