From beginning to the end of my service, a warranty issue everyone was pleasant and informative, I had a rental during my service for two weeks and I turned in the first car because it was huge and not one problem switching to a smaller car.

Great experience
Phil helped me lease my first RAV4 in 2016 and again just last week with a new 2019 RAV4. Phil was extremely patient and honest with me as I was unsure of what I wanted to do in terms of leasing or buying. He assisted in weighing pro's/cons with my dad and I, listened to my concerns, and valued my opinion and overall feelings. I would highly recommend Phi to any one of my family members!

Amazing!

Me or my family will never purchase another car from Faulkner’s again. Bruce Glantz and his boss treated me like I was oh second class citizen. I haven’t been treated like that ever. I still don’t believe I leased a truck off your dealership.

Service was done when promised
I had a recall notice..i made appointment with another dealer (team). They had my car all day. When i went to pick up my car they said they didn't have the part after they assured me it was in. When i called faulkner totally different experience...i dropped my car off..was given a loaner i was only home an hour or two when i got a call saying my car was done..i know where I'll look next time i need service..thanks
