We had a great experience all around. Phil our sales rep was great and not pushy at all. He asked what we were looking for and what would work for us. And with Mike’s help they weee able to get us a great fit. All of the employees were great. We would highly recommend Faulkner Toyota to all of our friends and family.

Lost trust
I have my fog light is out for almost year. I did 3 services with you before and it was never changed. When I did 30k service which is paid service now they pointed out everything wrong with car. Sorry new cars don't get bad at 30k only. This Incident made me not to go back anymore for service.

Excellent condition
Clean environment, David and John did excellent works, happy with that. While another sale person tried pushing to buy warranty plans by all means, not nice.
