This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Scott Kia, and Jeff was our contact on both of them. I've been pleased with this location until yesterday. Dropped my car yesterday and had a claim submitted for engine problems. Was told I would hear something within 24hrs about approval. Called back today for a update and was told the person who I was dealing with was off today. Now I have to miss another night of work. I work 30 miles away! I do understand that this process has to go through corporate but I'm unsatisfied with the communication. No car no transportation!!!

Chuck was AMAZING! He is very knowledgeable and listened to my needs. I told him what I wanted and he made sure that I drove off the lot with exactly that. My entire experience was great from start to finish.

Clean, friendly, easy going. Hassan helped me terminate my current lease and then found me the perfect new car for purchase. The new car I purchased had all the upgraded features I wanted.

I had appointment on the 31st of last month for oil change and to get appraisal and trade in for Kia EV I want to show floor observe the car got in it opened the door walked around it open the trunk read the window tag I went back to the waiting area came back out walked around and looked at it again I did that two more times and no one came to assist me no one appraising my car all the customers came in and they came from behind the glass door to help them four times this happened and no one would ask me could they help me with anything I don't know if it was the color of my skin or what but I'm very disappointed and will not be taking my cars there again

Great experience...not a hard sales pitch...allowed us to look and experience with out feeling pressured. Fair negotiation process. Overall it was one of the best buying experiences I have had. Manny was awesome.

Jeff was great from start to finish - very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure to always be available and found us the perfect car. He took his time with us upon delivery to teach us the ins and outs of all the car had to offer and has made himself available for questions even after purchasing the vehicle. Great customer service.
