Another dealer did not try to accommodate us by finding a 2019 Toyota Avalon in the color that we wanted. We then contacted Mohammed at Sloane Toyota of Malvern. He located a car in our desired color the next day and came back to work after his day ended to process the sale for us at a great price. This is the second time Mohammed has found the car color we wanted - he did so 11 years ago. He is an excellent salesman, professional, courteous and customer focused. He does not pressure you. Go to Mohammed at Sloane Toyota of Malvern for your Toyota. He is not a salesman but a consultant who builds customer relationships.

Enjoyable car buying experience.
Attentive friendly and efficient service as well as nice atmosphere. Great selection of cars. Mohammed is exceptional to work with. He makes the experience of buying a car easy, fun and enjoyable. Poor Customer Service
My wife and I visited this dealership on June 22 2018 to purchase Certified 2015 Camry. Angelo Castelli was assisting us. He did not seem interested in selling the car. While test driving, he was busy with his phone. We were asking questions about the car, but he wasn't very informative. When I asked about the car warranty, he didn't say anything and gave us a brochure to read. We did not have a good experience. He was treating us like we either can't afford car or were not intending to buy the car. He was being very sarcastic and also aggressive at some points. He was being nice when the manager came to meet us. We were truly interested in purchasing the car as it was a good deal, but after how we were being treated, we decided not to purchase it from there. We purchased a Certified Camry from another dealership on Jun 26 2018. We certainly paid a little extra at another dealership than what we would have paid at this dealership, but that is okay. How the customers are being treated is equally important as how good a car deal is. This is the second car I have purchased in last one year and I have been to multiple dealership of Toyota and Nissan, but I never had such a bad experience anywhere. The manager treated us nicely.

Awesome Experience
During my journey of looking for a new vehicle, Sloane was by far the best dealership I dealt with. They not only beat the price of all the competitors but was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted delivered within 24 hours. My salesman Frank was awesome!! This is the third vehicle I purchased at a Sloane dealership and I will not go anywhere else.

Easiest and least painful experience buying a car
William Shirley was an excellent sales associate. We came in having already decided on the Highlander Hybrid. He emailed me right away, a contact through TrueCar, and confirmed that they had the car and color we were looking for. We had gotten a price from another dealership, but they didn't have the car in their lot, even though it was posted on their website. Sloane matched and bested that price. We gave William a number that we were looking for. He went to his manager and came back right away with the thumbs up. Amazing. No protracted waiting. No games. William was knowledgeable and provided good and sincere advice about options that could be gotten for cheaper elsewhere. We also got very good discounts for extended warranty and other options from the finance (?) person.

Arrogance is no way to serve your customers..DO NOT BUY HERE
I visited Sloane Toyota after calling for some information on the very expensive extended warranty I purchased for my 2017 Toyota I purchased from Sloane Toyota. I was told I must come in and have the vehicle looked at, so instead of going to a much closer dealer, I made the trek to Sloane figuring I was showing loyalty to the dealer I chose to buy the car. Never again BTW!!! I was insulted, I was ignored, and I felt helpless in getting my problem resolved. I was met with arrogance, and a general idea of "We really don't care". Even after I told them I would never buy another vehicle from their dealership, the apathy I met with flies in the face in what customer service is all about. Buyer beware...

DO NOT BUY YOUR CARE AT THIS DISREPUTABLE DEALER!
The worst service department I have ever encountered! Apathy, Arrogance, Dishonesty, and just a general sense Of "WE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU, WE ALREADY HAVE YOUR MONEY". Even after I told them I would NEVER buy another car from their dealership to the face of the General Manager, who was the worst offender in the place. True attitude starts from the top down. I would simply suggest you avoid this dealership...

Great Experience
Frank was very helpful and easy to work with. The dealership was extremely accommodating as we were there with our young child. We agreed on a price via email and it was honored and processed quickly when we went to purchase the vehicle. Also, we were given an extremely fair value for our trade.

Convenient
Experience has been simple and quick. Staff is quite friendly. They are very through and helpfully. While the dealership is quite far from where I live it has been worth the trip.
