Low-pressure experience buying a used van at a fair price
We test drove a used van and worked with James Brooks. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, courteous, and low-pressure. Shopping for a car is never fun (in my opinion) because of anticipating pressure and manipulation from the salesperson. James was very easy to work with and made us feel at ease. He highlighted the features of the car and we got a great deal on our Toyota Sienna! Although "check out" took a little longer than I anticipated, James did his best to keep the process moving along.
