Great service at Sloane Toyota at Malvern
The 2018 Camry is our fourth vehicle leased from Sloan Toyota. Sloane provided excellent service without any pressure to buy. Salesman Ramiz Khalaf, in particular, is very friendly and respectful. Each time he gave me useful information about the vehicles that helped me make appropriate choice. The auto service facility at Sloane is also great. I will not have any hesitation in recommending Sloan Toyota to my friends.

Good experience
Abe was very responsive and helpful during the decision process. I shopped three different dealerships and got the best price from Sloane. In addition I would like to thank Mohammed who stepped in to help me when I arrived early for an appointment with Abe who was still with another client. My only criticism of the process is that all the extended warranties are introduced at the time of signing. I am guessing that is calculated, hoping that the buyer is excited to buy and vulnerable . I don’t buy that way. I prefer to have time to learn about my options, and resent having something like that pushed on me at the last minute. Fortunately, Jimmy was kind enough to allow me to peruse my options until I bring the car back in to have cross bars attached. So thank you for that

The car and deal I wanted in just a couple of hours
I went to Sloane not sure I would buy a car that day. But after only a short amount of time, I was pleased to learn that I could get the deal that I was looking for. I had this idea that doing a transaction at a dealer takes all day, but I got a fair value for my trade in and great price on my certified used car in just a couple of hours.

New Lease
After being with Honda for many years, I am now a proud owner of a 2018 Toyota C HR! I went with Toyota because of their commitment to the Olympics, especially the paraolympics and special olympics.
