Excellent customer service! We were acknowledged as soon as we walked in. Hiep was with us within minutes and he was very helpful as we were looking for our vehicle. Once we found our vehicle we were able to start the sales process. The entire process took a little longer than anticipated, but it was a very busy day at the dealership. This is our second purchase from Scott Honda and this visit was just as great as the first one.
