Very, very bad experience. From my last four visits, I...

Very, very bad experience. From my last four visits, I returned the car back to the dealership thee times because of bad workmanship. The first time, after oil change they left some oil dripping on the exhaust pipe. They created fire hazard. The second time, the worked on ball joints (front wheels) and install them wrong. The service guy admitted their mistake only after I showed him a page from Honda's repair manual. About last visit. They lost my appointment and the car had to spend the whole weekend at the dealership before they were able to look at it. Secondly, they told me that everything is “fine” even I expressed concerns about steering and rear axle, and they put a state inspection sticker. Few days later I noticed that bottom of the car is covered with grease coming from the rear axle. I brought the car back to the dealership. They couldn’t explain why they did not repair the rear axle and released the car with a potential mechanical failure on the road. Only explanation I got “we always try to minimize financial impact of the repair to you”. Dah!!!! Also they agreed to fix the steering. The technical advised offered to change the whole assembly. I had to tell him which parts to replace and the Honda's part numbers (he did not know). After my argument with the adviser, the cost of repair (labor and parts) of the steering went from $460 (his way) to $170 (my way). Of course, the dealer did not have parts in stock and the car spent an extra day at the dealership waiting for the parts. Finally, they fix the car. At the end, another technical adviser admitted that they “screw up” the repair but denied to give me a discount for the hassle. The result. Totally, the car spent 6 days at dealership (lost appointment and no parts). They charge me $1291. I got: oil change, state inspection, and few replaced parts ($250 total). One of the parts they replaced was a ball joint ($197), on which they worked before. Fair? Absolutely not!

Couldn't ask for more. Easy to make an appointment with. Service was fast, good quality work, and good price. Much better then the Acura dealership where I purchased my car.

My wife and I came in and immediately were greeted with a smile. The sales manager we dealt with, Josh Carey, was amazing! He is obviously a professional who takes pride in his job and cares greatly for each one of his customers. My wife and I found the 2010 Accord we wanted to purchase. We spoke with Josh and told him the monthly payment we would be comfortable paying. He assured us that we would soon be driving our new car home! The used car manager, Michael Todak, came to Josh's desk to meet us. We spoke to Mike and Josh about our families, sports and of course our new car! Even though our car was spotless inside and out both Josh and Mike wanted to make sure everything was perfect so our car was sent to the detail department for a quick detail. My wife and I grabbed some coffee and had a seat in the customer lounge while we waited. Josh soon came and told us our car was ready. Our new car is awesome! I will strongly recommend Josh and Mike at Scott Honda to all of my family, friends and coworkers.

The Experience we had with This Dealer was ok. We took our vehicle for Service and while it was there they DAMAGED it. It took them a couple of Days after the accident to FINALY after giving us the rong around to cut us a check so We can take it to a shop of our choice.

We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Scott Honda. After looking at the certified used on-line selection, we narrowed our search down and discussed purchase price and trade-in values before even visiting the showroom. Arriving on site we were greeted by name and without delay able to see the exact vehicles we were interested in. It was raining pretty hard that day but Scott Honda had an indoor show room that they cycled cars through for us. Really remarkable service by Mongi Borni and manager Mike Todak. With Market Based pricing, Kelley Blue Book values, CARFAX service history, and Honda Certified Used backing, we were in a friendly, low pressure, customer service oriented environment where the Scott Honda staff went out of their way to provide us with information to help us work through the vehicle selection and purchase decision process. Once we made a decision, Rob Hanigan in the finance department was equally customer focused, providing information without the high pressure sales pitches or unnecessary time delays. We love the vehicle and look back on the experience with admiration for the way the Scott Honda team treated us throughout the entire process. Not only would I recommend Scott Honda to our friends and family, I plan on returning as soon as we are ready to change out our other Honda.

I have owner 5 Honda Pilots in the last 12 years; I have enjoyed the truck so much that I have converted many of my friends and co-workers to Honda. That said I continue to have nothing but bad experiences with the local Honda dealer Scott Honda of West Chester PA, with each visit for routine maintenance or the occasional repair I have become more and more turned off to Honda. The final straw was this evening when I tried to have my 2011 Honda Pilot repaired due to a software issue with my sunroof, I was told that the earliest appointment was almost a week away and to force the sunroof closed. Since I don't want to destroy my truck I forced my sunroof closed and schedule the repair, I was told that the repair will take several hours although I do not believe that this is the case. I was told that I would have to wait with my truck since the dealer does not provide loaner cars, even though there is a Hertz shop in the repair bays. The dealer shuttle would not take me to work due to the distance. I previously owned a used Thunderbird that was not under manufactures’ warranty and every time I ever had the dealer work on this car I was supplied with a loaner car or transported to where I needed to be, I am amazed that I can't get similar customer service for a Honda car that was purchased new with Honda extended care. As I have stated this is not the first time I have run into the dealerships poor customer service. I decided to call Honda Motors just to inform them of my bad experience and they informed me that they do not have any guidelines when dealing with their independently owner Dealerships and to just take the car somewhere else. I am sickened to have a company in today's world have so little concern for their customers. I now know for a fact that I will never buy another Honda car, even though I have enjoyed them very much. I cannot continue to support a company that does not care for their customers.

I could not be more pleased with the experience @ Scott...

I could not be more pleased with the experience @ Scott Honda. My daughter bought a preowned from Scott Select. The sales process,( we are from the Baltimore area) was very easy. Our salesman, Ed Polock, was honest, knowledgeable, he even went out to the car and described the overall condition of the interior because we were so far away. When we got there, his assessment was very accurate. I have never bought a vehicle so quickly in my life. We were out the door in less than an hour and a half start to finish. We drove 1 hour 45 minutes to deal with Scott Honda and I will be back.

Although I have not yet used the service department,...

Although I have not yet used the service department, every other experience at Scott has been excellent. I was warmly welcomed by two different receptionists, my new car purchase process and the overview of all facilities and services with Azad far exceeded my expectations. I couldn't have asked for a more positive or helpful interaction with a sales representative. Tomas reviewed the myriad details of pricing, financing, trade in and titling thoroughly and carefully, with a customer-focused attention to detail. Just a week after purchase, I have already received an explanatory email from the service department, and coupons for my first service appointment. When I later talked to my insurance agent about updating my policy to cover the new car, they spoke so highly of Scott Honda's services, that I was able to minimize my costs with State Farm. 5s all around! Thank you.
