David was a great sales person in my purchase of a CRV Hybrid! He was very knowledgeable about the products, and was non-pressuring and personable. Took as much time as I needed to teach me about the vehicles I looked at. He listened to me! And had a real sense of what was important to me in my new car. This was genuinely the best car buying experience I have had in over four decades of car ownership. I should mention that the internet sales person was also really nice. Friendly and competent. And my conversation with her encouraged me to try out this dealership. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the person who did the financial end of things, but he was also very pleasant and appreciated my desire to get out of there as fast as I could with my new car!

David was a pleasure to work with during our car leasing experience! We had just started looking for a new lease having spent 9 years w/Rogue lease & having 3 remaining months on current. Never expected to get into a new lease so quickly, but David did a great job explaining everything & working w/his managers to put us in a new 2021 Pilot at a cost we could afford & took the Rogue off our hands. Just purchased my 7th car with jlfreed. We have always worked with Ron Malone. He is an excellent sales person.. makes you feel more like a family than a customer. He always makes the process fun for us. With just starting our family it was great to be able to go from a sporting car to a family suv and Ron helped make it all happen for us. I found a car online and called this dealership. I was told the car was available, but online sales are not available for this dealership. I sent my insurance information, my license, and filled out the finance information. The woman was very nice, told me she would call me if anyone else was interested in the car. I was not able to make it to the dealership on Saturday but stated I would be there when it opened on Monday. Received a call...."Sorry, the car is sold, someone came in and bought it." Frustrating and very unprofessional.
