We've previously leased 2 vehicles with Nico Shearer at JLFreed. We can't say enough good things about him! His speed, honesty, and professionalism seem rare for this industry. On our 3rd go-round with Nico last week, I tried to buy a Fit from him. JLFreed didn't have the color I wanted. Keenan Honda did have it but wouldn't give it up, so I was forced to buy through Keenan. What a difference a sales-person makes! My experience at Keenan was 180° opposite from Nico. They lied about delays and attributed it to a printer issue, which I later learned was made up. I was there for over 6 hours despite having all the numbers on sales price and trade-in value agreed prior to my arrival. In those 6 hours and with a 4yr old with me, they didn't offer us so much as a bottle of water. Truly an unpleasant experience. In the future, we'll make every effort to buy/lease through Nico. He's a true professional, kind, courteous, and all-round good guy.
