Finally Heard: Outstanding Service That Restored My Trust I cannot thank the Bergey Lincoln team enough—especially Brian, the service advisor, who was truly exceptional to work with. From the very beginning, Brian made sure I felt heard and took the time to get to the root of my issue. Over the course of four months, I had taken my one-year-old Lincoln Aviator to multiple dealerships for problems with the braking system. Each time, I was dismissed and told, “If there’s no code, there’s no problem.” As a parent of two very young children, driving a vehicle when I knew something was wrong with the brakes was simply not an option. Within minutes of arriving at Bergey, Brian was on it. He listened carefully, got in the car, and experienced the issue for himself. Almost immediately, he validated the concerns I had been fighting to have addressed for months. After acknowledging the problem, they sent me off in a preheated loaner vehicle and kept me informed every step of the way. In just two days, Brian had the issue fully resolved. To top it off, Bill—one of their drivers—personally delivered my vehicle back to my door with the brakes working perfectly. My car was returned immaculate, which truly made the experience even better. Brian, Bill, and the entire Bergey Lincoln team have completely won us over. As long as we own a Lincoln, Bergey will be our dealership of choice.

Buyers beware they are scammers I bought an expedition

Buyers beware they are scammers I bought an expedition from them and went over everything they were going to charge me before before purchasing it when they sent me the bill. They added a paint sealant for $895 that I did not ask for. I asked, what is this charge for they said oh this is a paint sealant that we applied to it. I said OK I was not told about this. I was not asked if I wanted this. but I have my car Ceramic Coated so I was OK with it at First before purchasing it, I asked them to send me a walk around video of the condition of it, and there was an obvious black glob on the passenger side rear quarter panel so I thought OK if they’re going to apply this paint sealant then it’s going to look great when it was delivered to me. The black glob was still on the rear quarter panel, which is a rubberized sealant apparently just seal your windows if they’re leaking and it was delivered to me with the same black glob on the quarter panel and it obviously was not detailed and paint sealant applied I asked them to send me proof that this was done. I want documentation when it was done and they ignored me. and I’m not the first one that this has happened to I have seen other negative reviews for the same reason this is a scam operation. Do not buy from them.

Never dealt with Bergey's and will now recommend to anyone who is wanting a Lincoln. Jack from service months ago helped me with my repair in a professional, caring and helpful manner and helped with all the problems/questions. He is the one that made us call the sales team and we were lucky to talk to Charlie from Sales. Helped with everything. Charlie took care of everything!!

Sebastian was such a great rep to work with when we bought our car from Bergey’s. He was knowledgeable, professional and took his time with us so we never felt pressure or rushed. When we made the purchase Ben helped with our paperwork and was patient and fun to work with. It was a great experience!

Bergey's was one of the smoothest car buying experiences I've ever had. Charles Smith was an excellent salesman funny too. I enjoyed the whole experience and they had the used truck I was looking for. everybody there was wonderful.

My wife and I purchased a 2025 Lincoln Nautilus from Bergey's. our sales representative was Yara Bespalyuk. She was great to work with. She answer our thousand questions and there was no pressure in the buying process. She got us a car that was spot on. Great people to deal with highly recommend
