Brenneman experience
Our experience in turning over a leased vehicle for a new one was handled very well. I found our 3rd salesman one of the best we have dealt with over many decades. Poor CPO Certification Process
What a nightmare purchase so far. I financed a CPO 2019 Navigator Reserve in mid-January. I noticed a startup rattle so Bergey’s took it back to replace the cam phasers and other minor issues. Upon it being returned to me, both keys had settings not allowing me to pass 80 mph. I also had another noise and they replaced a turbo. I finally have the truck back, my first trip to NY and I’m writing stranded on the side of the highway with a massive coolant leak. I would avoid getting a CPO vehicle from this dealership.

I found the exact used vehicle I was looking for using Cars.com, and it happened to be at Bergey's Lincoln in Landsdale, PA. This was a 1 hr drive for me, but Dan Anderson had called me and talked through everything in a very pleasant way. I was able to fill out the necessary paperwork ahead of time and had an estimate of my trade-in. Everything turned out exactly as proposed and I was out of there with my new vehicle in record time.
