Having recently bought a 2016 Pilot from Craig Gentilotti at Arrowhead Honda, and now needing a second vehicle, we returned to talk to Craig and had an equally positive experience buying a 2016 Accord. As before absolutely no sales pressure from Craig, and requesting the Costco price eliminated the lion's share of the negotiation process. We highly recommend Arrowhead Honda as a long established, high integrity dealership, and if you do pay them a visit be sure and ask for Craig!

I recently took my vehicle in for service and was assisted by David Scott. This gentleman went above and beyond the call of service to take care of all of my needs, got me a fair and honest price without feeling like I was being taken advantage of. I was provided with a rental (free of charge) and he made sure to get me in and out of there quickly and made sure my care was finished at the time specified. David made me feel like I was his most important customer (I'm sure he does this for everyone) and was very direct about what my vehicle needed and recommended future repairs to be completed in order to maintain a longer life for my already old 2003 Honda Accord with 205k miles on it.
