First Honda after Chevrolets all my life

I needed an SUV that fit in my garage here in Sun City West as my .Silverado PU was way too long. I went to several dealerships checking out various brands and styles and was not thrilled with the way they did NOT listen to the customer - being me. I went into the Arrowhead Honda and met AZ he did exactly what I wanted him to do and when finished - he did not pressure me at all. I went back and that is when I met Charlie who took over because AZ was not working that day. Charlie was exceptional. He listened, answered my questions and made me feel like I was the most important person to him. He did not pressure me and did not bug me on the phone like the others dealers as I made my decision on which vehicle to buy - the CR V won out easily and I went back to Charlie. He made the deal I wanted on the Touring model and we shook hands. The car was delivered and he went through all the controls. He assured me that AZ would get credit since he was the first one I dealt with. Bottom line is that both Charlie and AZ know how to treat a customer and I will easily recommend either one of them to someone looking for a new or used vehicle. A happy experience where I felt like both myself and the dealership got what they wanted - a sale to a happy customer.

Awesome Service

I just recently bought my 5th Honda Civic from Arrowhead Honda and as always I received the best customer service. Jeff Anderson my Sales person was great. He knew what I was looking for and got me what I wanted. I loved the fact that I did not have to wait a long time to complete the sale. Jeff has everything all organized and my experience went smoothly, even had fun. Jeff made this the best experience buying a car I have ever had. USAA Recommended!

We drove an hour out of the way to use Arrowhead Honda because they were recommended to us by USAA. They didn't disappoint! The customer service was exceptional and even when my regular contact person wasn't available, there was always someone who was willing to help! The easiest car buying experience we've ever had! Very delightful experience. No stress and GOT A GREAT DEAL.

On Saturday we drove in to look at possible trading in a 2014 Kia Sportage , we were upside down and we had trepidation about even going car shopping. Our sale person was Dino, I would know call him awesome Dino. I left the lot with a 2013 Toyota Tacoma, low mileage and in mint condition, my payments were fantastic and I got the truck that I always wanted. Thank you Arrow Head Honda and Dino. Truly a great experience.

This was our first experience dealing with Arrowhead Honda. Mo Babul was our salesman and made the entire experience totally relaxed and pleasant. He was straightforward , honest and friendly. I love my new CRV and his approach in teaching all the new equipment in it made it all sound so easy to learn what I needed to know. He also has checked with me twice to be sure I'm comfortable. Positive car buying experience...

Just bought a new 2016 Honda Pilot EX from Arrowhead Honda, the second vehicle we've bought from them and just as positive a buying experience this time around. Salesman Craig Gentilotti was courteous and knowledgeable about the Pilot as well as Honda's other vehicle range. We felt no sales pressure, and in fact returned the following day specifically to see Craig after checking out some of the other local dealerships first. When it came to the negotiation process that was also simple. Since Arrowhead Honda participates in the Costco car buying program Craig arranged for us to receive a Costco quote which was both competitive and acceptable to us. All in all a positive experience - I would certainly recommend both Craig and Arrowhead Honda if you are considering a new vehicle purchase.

Pleasantly surprised

I was nervous about going to the dealership as I have never bought a car before but Marshall was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to be sure I was happy with my choice. He even talked to my dad on the phone in order to make me feel comfortable about the deal I was making. I was send anyone to Marshall!

HRV buyer

This is Robin, only because, I came to Arrowhead back in 2002 to pick out a new car, I then met a great salesman Michael Hershberger who was fantastic. Then in 2006, Ken and I came in to just inquire on an Accord and we had another great salesman, who I cannot remember his name to this day, but he was a retired Dentist then came to AZ and worked with you folks for awhile. Then, in 2010, Ken and I came in once again only to browse and inquire on a potential lease, which we did do on a new 2011 Honda Civic through Ken Jugan. This brings us to date with another inquiry yesterday with Carey. I, Robin did ask if Ken was on site, but he was in a meeting. But, Carey was super. He took Ken immediately out to the 'yard' and test drove a new HRV, not the one we bought, but Ken loved it and Carey's information and detailed answers to questions were wonderful. We did deliberate for awhile, since this does make 4 new cars now, I was determined to make it interesting for all of us. I love humor and I was so glad that Chris the little guy from finance fit right in there and we did have a good day. Both Ken and I have had wonderful experience's with you all and we do tell others about them and encourage them to go see you. In your service department, Brian Coover who is no longer with you was one terrific guy to us. Always got us in and out in good time. Never a bad word to say, he was just a great guy. David Magee, the little guy, as we call him, just as super. He has the same basic demeanor as Brian and we always knew we'd be in and out as soon as we could. Great guys. The one time we needed assistance from Breanna and you Jill were great, as well. I'll not go into that except to say...would you like a 'donut'. heehaw. Everyone of you are really professional and you carry yourselves really well. We are both proud to say we are Arrowhead Honda Customers. Thank you, very much.
