3 hour wait for oil change, engine filter change and tire

3 hour wait for oil change, engine filter change and tire rotation. Was told would be about 2 hours.

Service department was terrible.

Service department was terrible. Communication was lacking, no updates, couldn’t get a hold of my advisor. Finally spoke to the service manager who assured me he would order the part and update me within 2 days, I never heard from him. I ended up having to call the general manager to get the part ordered.

Worked with me to get the payment I wanted for my new Frontier which I did not think wa even possible. They also gave me a fair trade for my old Frontier as well. Will recommend them when asked.
