Great buying experience with no pressure/pushy sales

Great buying experience with no pressure/pushy sales tactics. Truck is awesome and they gave us a solid price on our trade. Will definitely use automation Nissan in the future.

It took me 1.

It took me 1.5 years to get a warranty issue taken care of. The customer service was non-existent. I called, emailed, and went to the service center and still no help at all. They would take months at a time to respond to me. I had to also make a complaint to corporate before I could get my issue taken care of. I would never take my vehicle here again or buy anything from them.

I came in for an oil and filter change for my Maxima.

I came in for an oil and filter change for my Maxima. I was met at the car when I pulled in and asked if I would be waiting at the dealership. When I said yes, he told me where the two waiting rooms were, and told me it would be approximately an hour wait. I grabbed a bottle of water and sat in the waiting room in the showroom. The seats were comfortable, and there was a tv to watch if I wanted to. About 50 minutes later, he came in and said my car was done. I like the fact that they could take care of the paperwork right there in the island so I didn't have to go inside, and appreciated the car wash!

Very Good Experience!

I purchased a used car from AutoNation Nissan from out of state. That always creates logistical challenges, but the staff did a fine job of honestly presenting the car through their inspection, their description/photos, and various videos. The car I received was as good or better than I thought it would be. There were a couple of points in the transaction that could have gone a little smoother, but overall?I?m very pleased with my purchase!

Be careful if you need any parts for your Nissan

I ordered the cargo cover of my 2023 Rogue ( it no longer comes with the new vehicle) and when I came to pick it up ( after the parts dept called to inform me it was in) they couldn?t find it . Come to find out the SALES MANAGER gave it away to another customer! Why didn?t that customer have to order it and wait a week like I did? This is after purchasing 4 cars from them in the last 10 years! They wouldn?t even throw in a set of rubber mats for me - I had to buy those myself as well.
