Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Jonavis?s level of service was top notch from the time we walked in until my daughter drive off with her new car. Intact, every person we encountered at the dealership was amazing, this team truly loved what they do and their enjoyment is passed right down through every person that visits their dealership.

Service exceeded my expectations in all regards
I was looking for a specific car to get and other
I was looking for a specific car to get and other dealerships were either saying no or wanting me to pay an arm and a leg for it. It was ridiculous! I was basically done looking. When I came to AutoNation Nissan in Tempe I was shown what every car dealership should be doing. Putting the customers first. I had Wesley helping me and it was the best experience. Every staff in there wants you to leave with what you want. They got it done for me. It’s not just a sell to them. They actually want to help you find what’s best for you. That’s what makes them different. And that’s what makes them the better dealership to purchase a vehicle. I had an appointment to have my 5,000 servicing. Amanda greeted me promptly and began the process. My car was taken back immediately. My advisor, Carlos was with another customer. I waited in a nice, clean lounge. Carlos met me when my car was ready and answered My questions. I had wonderful service.

Arrived early for my 10:30 appt.
Arrived early for my 10:30 appt. Waited a few minutes to be checked in. I was told the oil change, air filter and alignment would take 2 hours. It took over 3 with the only update being by text. Tried to up sell a couple of services before and during to service. It appeared to be all new staff. The customer service used to be great.

We’re really straight forward and didn’t make it a hassle , they weren’t all over me either and let me make decisions on my own , they are there to help u not try and get over on u, I would recommend this place to anyone trying to have a smooth experience buying a car .
